Abbot Kinney Boulevard was dubbed “The Coolest Block in America” and has some of the best foodie hot-spots, stylish boutiques and local coffee bars around. Also, if you didn’t know they were there, one could easily walk right by The Venice Canals off 25th street. Here you will find four quarter-mile long canals with upscale luxury residences situated along the water.
